Optisan HX 4-12x40 SFP – Duplex reticle

The Optisan HX 4-12x40 is a second focal plane (SFP) riflescope with a classic Duplex reticle, 1" (25.4 mm) tube and 1/4 MOA adjustments. It belongs to the HX series, Optisan's entry-level line redesigned to offer a 25% wider field of view than most 3-9x40 scopes on the market.

Built as a simple, rugged scope, it is rated by the manufacturer for most magnum centerfire calibers such as .270 Win, .308 and .30-06. The Duplex reticle, with a fine centre crosshair and thick outer posts, is the ideal choice for those who want classic, instinctive aiming. The turrets are finger adjustable and allow tool-free zero reset; parallax is fixed at 100 yards and the optics are fully multi-coated.
