Shipping policy
This policy summarises the costs, times and methods of shipping for orders placed on www.planetshooters.com, sold by D&R EUROPE SRL, Via Liguria 5, 30030 Martellago (VE), Italy. The final shipping cost is always shown in the checkout summary before payment.
Shipping within Italy
- Standard shipping: €12 per order.
- Shipping with cash on delivery: €20 per order (rate selectable at checkout instead of standard shipping).
- Store pickup: available at checkout at our store in Via Liguria 5, Martellago (VE). Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours: please wait for the notification that your order is ready before visiting the store.
We deliver to all Italian provinces.

We do not ship to countries other than those listed. Cash on delivery is available for Italy only.
For shipments to non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) the destination country may charge duties, import taxes and customs fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.
Delivery times
- Items in stock in our warehouse: delivery in Italy usually within 1–3 working days.
- Items shipped from an external warehouse: usually 7–10 working days, when stated on the product page.
- Items shipped from our United States warehouse: 2 to 4 weeks, barring delays due to customs procedures.
When an item is shipped from an external warehouse or from the United States, this is stated on the product page. If you pay by bank transfer, the order is shipped once the payment has been credited. For international destinations, delivery times depend on the country and the carrier.
Restricted products
Some products are subject to export regulations (EAR, dual-use goods) and may not be shippable to all countries. Please see our EAR regulations page and our dual-use goods policy.
Delivery and parcel inspection
On receipt, please check that the packaging and contents are intact and notify us immediately of any damage or discrepancy. If delivery fails because the recipient is absent, the carrier leaves a notice and makes a second delivery attempt; if delivery is still unsuccessful, the goods are returned to the sender and any new shipment is at the buyer’s expense.
