The company operates in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2021/821 on dual-use items.
2. Geographical Limitations (IMPORTANT)
D&R Europe Srl ships exclusively to countries belonging to the European Union.
Under no circumstances are exports made to non-EU countries.
3. Product Classification
The marketed products are intended for legitimate civil, sporting, and professional use and, based on current classifications, do not require export licenses.
4. Commitment to Compliance
The company is committed to constantly monitoring current regulations and, should a product fall under control, will adopt all necessary measures, including the possible suspension of sales.
