Leupold Optics and Accessories Available

The collection may include rifle scopes, DeltaPoint red dots, binoculars, spotting scopes, rangefinders, rings, bases, mounts, lens covers, sunshades, magnification levers, and other dedicated accessories. The updated availability is shown in the product grid.

How to choose a Leupold rifle scope

The choice starts with the platform, distance, and intended use. Evaluate magnification range, objective and tube diameter, field of view, parallax adjustment, turret travel, reticle, weight, and eye relief.

Check if the reticle and turrets use MOA or MIL and if the reticle is on the first or second focal plane. For models with the CDS system, verify the specific dial configuration indicated in the product sheet.

Main Leupold Families

Based on availability, the selection may include VX-Freedom, VX-3HD, VX-4HD, VX-5HD, VX-6HD, Mark 3HD, and Mark 5HD series, in addition to DeltaPoint Pro red dots. Observation optics may belong to the BX, SX, and RX families. The series designation does not replace checking the specifications of the individual model.

Leupold DeltaPoint Red Dots

Verify dot size, mounting footprint, any necessary plate, height, dimensions, and compatibility with the weapon. Visually similar footprints are not necessarily interchangeable.

Binoculars, Spotting Scopes, and Rangefinders

For observation, compare magnifications, lens diameter, field of view, weight, and straight or angled configuration. For electronic devices, check declared range, measurement modes, and warranty conditions of the model.

Mounting and Compatibility

The diameter of the rings must match the scope tube. Also check the base or rail, ring height, clearance for objective and eyepiece, and correct eye relief. Mounting and tightening must follow the instructions and torque specifications provided by the manufacturer.

Frequently Asked Questions about Leupold Products

How do I choose between MOA and MIL?

These are different angular measurement systems. It's advisable to use a reticle and turrets in the same unit and choose the system consistent with your correction method and ballistic tables used.

What is the difference between FFP and SFP?

In FFP models, the reticle apparently changes with magnification; in SFP models, it maintains the same apparent size. The validity of subtensions depends on the model and the magnification used.

Are rings included with the scope?

Not necessarily. Only consider accessories expressly indicated in the product sheet as included.

What mount is needed for a DeltaPoint Pro?

It depends on the weapon, its predisposition, and any plate. Check the footprint, interface, and declared compatibility before purchasing.
