UTG PRO Super Slim free float handguard for AR-15 mid-length 9 inches

The UTG Pro MTU004SS is a 9-inch free float handguard for AR-15s with a mid-length gas system. It attaches to the receiver via a dedicated barrel nut and does not touch the barrel, which remains free to vibrate without being affected by the pressure of the support hand or the weight of accessories: this is the configuration that ensures the most consistent grouping.

The body is machined from black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum with a slim tubular profile and weighs 275 g. The top Picatinny rail is continuous and features 23 slots, while the other sides remain smooth: the package includes three 2-slot rail sections to be positioned only where needed. The integrated anti-rotation tab maintains alignment with the receiver, and the 34.5 mm internal diameter allows for the use of low-profile gas blocks. Made in the USA; US Patent 8806792.
