The Toni System 13 lb reduced power hammer spring replaces the original hammer spring in the trigger group of Beretta 92 series pistols and derivatives. By reducing the force required to cock and release the hammer, it lowers the perceived trigger pull weight in both double and single action.

It is made of spring steel and is part of a range available in different weights, allowing the trigger to be calibrated to personal requirements. The 13 lb rating should be evaluated in conjunction with the type of primers used: with reduced power springs, the manufacturer recommends soft or sensitive primers to maintain ignition reliability.
