The Leupold QR 1″ medium height rings are part of the Quick Release system: they retain the dovetail geometry of the Standard mount, but lock onto the base via a quick-release device, which allows for removing and reattaching the riflescope without tools. Leupold guarantees a repeatability of +/- 1/4 MOA for the QR system between removal and reattachment of the optic.

The stated height is 0.77″ (19.6 mm) measured from the base plane to the center of the ring: this is the reference height for objectives up to approximately 42 mm on standard profile barrels. The gloss black finish is the customary choice for rifles with mirror-polished blued steel and polished wood.

Recommended use

QR rings require Leupold QR bases, either one-piece or two-piece, dedicated to the specific rifle model. They are not interchangeable with STD bases, Dual Dovetail bases, or Weaver and Picatinny rails.
