The Lee Precision Full Length Sizing Die in 223 Remington is the single die that returns the entire case to specification dimensions, including both the body and the neck, while simultaneously removing the spent primer. This is the die to choose when reloading for multiple firearms, when using cases fired in different weapons, or when maximum chambering reliability is required, which is typical for semi-automatic rifles.

Unlike neck-only resizing, full-length resizing also works the body of the case, so it requires lubrication before passing through the die and subsequent degreasing. In return, it ensures that every case returns to known dimensions, regardless of the chamber in which it was fired. The internal assembly includes the neck expander, which returns the neck to the correct diameter on the upstroke, and the decapping rod secured by a collet. The body features 7/8"-14 threading, the universal standard for reloading presses.
