Lee Precision Production Pot IV 220 Volt

The Production Pot IV in the 220-volt export version is Lee Precision's 10-pound (approx. 4.5 kg) bottom-pour electric furnace, designed for melting lead to cast bullets and weights. It is the mid-range machine in the lineup: more capable than the simple Melter and more compact than the Pro 4-20, making it suitable for those who cast regularly but do not need the 20-pound pot.

Heating is provided by a 500-watt element with thermostatic control, while the bottom-pour spout eliminates the need for a ladle and reduces the inclusion of slag floating on the surface. There is approximately 2 inches of clearance under the spout to accommodate a bullet mold. The external dimensions are 9 3/4" high, 6 3/8" wide, and 7 1/2" deep (approx. 24.8 x 16.2 x 19 cm). Lee notes that on 220-volt models, temperature regulation is less precise than on 110-volt versions.

Recommended use

Suitable for casting lead bullets using Lee or other brands' molds. It must be used in accordance with the Lee Precision manual, in a ventilated area, and with the personal protective equipment required for high-temperature work.

Furnace with power cord. Lee supplies the 220-volt models without a plug, as standards vary from country to country: the plug must be purchased and installed by the user. Bullet molds, ingot molds, and lead are not included.
