The Fenix HM75R is a rechargeable headlamp with three light sources: a focused spotlight for distance, a floodlight for close range and a red light. It reaches 1600 lumens and a maximum beam distance of 223 m, with a runtime of up to 234 hours at the lowest level.

The headlamp runs on an 18650 battery and connects to an external battery case with a 21700 battery that extends runtime and can charge other devices as a power bank. Both charging ports are waterproof USB Type-C.
