The Falcon Optics S40i+ is a very high magnification 4-40x58 competition riflescope in the first focal plane (FFP), with MRAD adjustments and HOYA FCD1A ED lenses. Its .2 Mil Grid reticle with illuminated floating dot, unrestricted zero stop and 10 m parallax make it suited to long-range precision shooting and competitions that demand target detail and reliable reticle measurements.

The 58 mm objective and low-dispersion ED glass limit chromatic aberration even at the highest magnifications, where optical quality matters most. Being first focal plane, the grid keeps its MRAD values correct at any magnification, so holdovers and wind corrections are read directly in the reticle. At the centre of the grid an illuminated floating dot provides a precise aiming reference without covering the target. The elevation turret has 0.1 MRAD clicks, 10 MRAD per turn and an unrestricted zero stop that can be set in any position; the side turret combines parallax from 10 m to infinity with illumination control. 34 mm one-piece tube with saddle and objective, nitrogen purged, waterproof tested and recoil tested up to .338 Lapua Magnum and .50 BMG.

Recommended use

First focal plane precision competitions (PRS and matches on known or unknown distance targets), long and extreme long-range shooting, shooting at small targets where up to 40x magnification lets you read impacts and details. The 10 m parallax also allows use on airguns.
