Eemann Tech extractor depressor plunger assembly for 9mm Glock
The extractor depressor plunger assembly is the component housed in the Glock slide that pushes the extractor against the cartridge rim: it includes the plunger, its spring, and the spring bearing. The extractor's grip, and therefore the consistency of extraction and ejection, depend on this assembly.
Eemann Tech manufactures it in polymer and steel as an equivalent replacement for the original: the manufacturer states it is identical to the OEM part and can be installed without fitting, citing Glock part number 3449 as a reference. It is the replacement to turn to when irregular ejections occur or cases remain in the chamber. The manufacturer specifies that the product is not manufactured, authorized, or endorsed by GLOCK.
