Double Alpha Multi Caliber Adapter Set for XL 650 Case Feeder

The DAA Mini XL650 Multi-Chain Feeder Adapter Set is a two-piece plastic set, made of fiber-reinforced nylon, that easily mounts to your Dillon XL650 press and allows you to use the DAA Mini case feed tube instead of a blown Dillon automatic feeder.

This adapter set consists of two parts:

The support ring part: This part has a stem with a threaded hole that screws onto the top of the Dillon Camming Pin (as shown in the picture). Once screwed in at the correct angle, the Dillon Casefeed adapter (color and size) can slide into place and be supported by it. Slide it onto the Dillon Camming Pin as far as it will go, then screw it back in until it's properly positioned to support the power adapter part.

The adapter-cap part: This part fits over the top of the specific adapter for the gauge housing and provides the attachment point onto which the DAA tube assembly, pre-loaded with brass, can be mounted.

This updated setup uses the original Dillon Casefeed adapter, making it more multi-gauge and universal. Note that a light fixture may be required, as some Dillon Casefeed adapters have a slightly larger outside diameter. Ideally, you want the Casefeed adapter to be able to slide in and out of the support ring portion without too much friction, but without too much wiggle room.
