Delta Optical Hornet 3x Magnifier

The Hornet Magnifier is Delta Optical's 3x magnifier, an accessory placed behind a red dot sight to triple its magnification. It is the solution that extends the use of a 1x sight beyond close-range distances: the red dot retains its rapid, both-eyes-open target acquisition, and when you need to identify or hit a distant target, you flip the magnifier into line to obtain three times magnification without touching the sight's zero.

The flip-up Picatinny mount is integrated into the body: to return to 1x use, simply flip the magnifier to the side, an operation that can be performed with one hand without removing anything. The diopter correction on the eyepiece allows for adjusting the sharpness to the operator's eyesight, while the side turrets adjust the image position to align it exactly with the red dot of the front sight, correcting residual misalignment between the two mounts. The field of view is 12.7 meters at 100 meters, and the weight is 270 grams.
