CQD Close Quarters Defense Forward Sling Mount Picatinny
The Close Quarters Defense CQD Forward Sling Mount (CQD-FSM) is an adjustable front sling mount for MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails. It is designed to be used together with the CQD Rear Sling Mount and a two-point sling when a second, adjustable front attachment point is desired.
It allows a customized weapon retention setup and, with a three-point sling, lets you replicate on an M4 the same setup used on the MP5. Made of high-strength 1018 steel, it attaches to the rail with a two-point clamp system and can be mounted on either the left or right side of the weapon.
