The Leupold Mark 4HD 6-24x52 is a tactical riflescope from the Mark 4HD series featuring a 34mm tube, 4:1 zoom ratio, and M1C3 turret with 1/4 MOA clicks. The PR2-MOA reticle is located on the first focal plane (FFP): the references remain proportional to the target at any magnification, so the corrections read on the reticle correspond to those of the turrets.
