The Leupold Dual Dovetail one-piece base for Thompson/Center Encore and Omega is the connecting element between the receiver and the Leupold DD rings. The one-piece steel body distributes the load across all mounting holes and is the recommended configuration for firearms with heavy recoil.

In the Dual Dovetail system, both rings lock into the base with a twist-and-lock motion: there are no windage screws, and the contact is metal-to-metal on two dovetail seats. Leupold specifies a torque of 22 in-lb for the base-to-receiver screws.

Recommended use
