Leupold QR 30 mm super high rings in matte black steel

The Leupold 30 mm QR rings in super high height are part of the Quick Release system: they retain the dovetail geometry of the Standard mount, but the locking mechanism onto the base is managed via a quick-release device, which allows for the removal and reattachment of the riflescope without tools. Leupold claims a repeatability of +/- 1/4 MOA for the QR system between the removal and reinstallation of the optic.

The stated height is 1.00″ (25.4 mm) measured from the base plane to the center of the ring: it is intended for large-diameter objectives, bull barrels, and bulky tactical turrets. The matte black finish limits reflections at the range and in the field.
