Description and usage

is our lubricating “compound” and it is our way of interpreting specific lubricants for micromechanics subject to high stress.

The result and the goal we wanted to achieve was to reduce as much as possible the problems related to “open and semi-open” kinematics and the wear resulting from continuous use in extreme conditions.

The only way to understand CERAFLON-DURATORQUE is to use it, because it is very complicated to explain the differences compared to classic lubricants, whether they are Teflon, Ceramic, Silicone, Mineral or Synthetic.

We will never say that CERAFLON-DURATORQUE is superior to other products, but we firmly state, however, that CERAFLON-DURATORQUE is completely different!

Now with the 2021 update, we have reached the final goal: that water, dust, sand and ice, i.e., the impurities that are enemies of kinematics, can be made "slippery" upon contact with CERAFLON-DURATORQUE!

In this new R-Extra Hard formulation, we have modified the previous CERAFLON-DURATORQUE in order to reach incredible levels of resistance:

1.XCU-R has been formulated and tested (several thousand rounds and multiple types of weapons) in order to lubricate weapon mechanisms in all possible conditions of use, both in terms of the stress resulting from very intense use of the weapon and for use in all conceivable climatic-environmental conditions, even the most extreme, even those most rare in terms of practical and likely use of a weapon

2.As soon as XCU-R is installed on the weapon's mechanisms, it transforms their behavior and immediately the weapon's mechanics seem to have become mechanics guided on bearings! After the first shots fired, you realize how many vibrations are absorbed by XCU-R, and the weapon seems to be fed by “soft ammunition”.

3.XCU-R literally overturns all the rules that were believed to be fixed regarding the lubrication of rifles. Whether they are equipped with a gas system or belong to the PCC category. In both mechanical cases, the bolt is transformed into an unstoppable feeder guided by bearings! In both mechanical types, there will no longer be any residue, whether post-shot or climatic-environmental, that can really interfere with the bolt travel!

4.XCU-R has been designed to work identically on all types of mechanical couplings; steel, aluminum, ergal, polymers and even titanium, carbon and kevlar, as we have also hypothesized weapons eventually manufactured with kinematics composed of these materials!

Resist even HIGHER OPERATING TEMPERATURES, over 185°C for 1 hour continuous (peak of 206°C for 10 sec.)

Resist EXTREME OPERATING PRESSURES present in the barrel-bolt constraint system area, in the bolt guide area and gas port of semi-automatic rifles

Resist FRICTION produced by HIGH-SPEED and HIGH-PRESSURE mechanisms even in the presence of firing residue, in the presence of desert sand particles and marine sand

Resist HIGH-FREQUENCY VIBRATIONS produced by the mechanisms of semi-automatic pistols and rifles of any caliber

The concept we guarantee is that a weapon not lubricated with XCU-R is completely different in mechanical behavior compared to itself when lubricated with XCU-R!
