Description and Use

is our lubricating "compound" and our understanding of a specific lubricant for micro-mechanics subjected to high stress.

The result and the goal we wanted to achieve was to reduce as much as possible the problems related to "open and semi-open" kinematics and wear resulting from continuous use in extreme conditions.

The only way to understand CERAFLON-DURATORQUE is to use it, because it is very complicated to explain the differences compared to classic lubricants, whether they are Teflon, Ceramic, Silicone, Mineral or Synthetic.

We will never say that CERAFLON-DURATORQUE is superior to other products, but we do firmly say that CERAFLON-DURATORQUE is completely different!

Now, with the 2021 update, we have achieved the ultimate goal: that water, dust, sand and ice, i.e., the impurities that are enemies of kinematics, can be made "slippery" in contact with CERAFLON-DURATORQUE!

In this new R-Extra Hard formulation, we have modified the previous CERAFLON-DURATORQUE to achieve incredible levels of resistance:

1.XCU-R has been formulated and tested (several thousand shots and multiple types of weapons) to lubricate weapon mechanisms in all possible conditions of use, both in terms of stress derived from intensive weapon use and for use in all conceivable climatic-environmental conditions, even the most extreme, even the rarest in terms of practical and plausible weapon use.

2.XCU-R, once installed on the weapon's mechanisms, transforms its behavior and immediately the weapon's mechanics seem to have become bearing-guided! After the first shots, one realizes how many vibrations are absorbed by XCU-R, and the weapon seems to be fed by "soft ammunition."

3.XCU-R literally overturns all previously held rules regarding rifle lubrication. Whether they are equipped with a gas system or belong to the PCC category. In both mechanical cases, the bolt transforms into an unstoppable, bearing-guided feeder! In both mechanical types, there will no longer be any residue, whether post-firing or climatic-environmental, that can truly interfere with the bolt's travel!

4.XCU-R was designed to function identically on all types of mechanical coupling; steel, aluminum, Ergal, polymers and also titanium, carbon and Kevlar, as we have also considered weapons possibly manufactured with kinematics composed of these materials!

XCU CERAFLON-DURATORQUE R is capable of:

Withstanding even HIGHER OPERATING TEMPERATURES, over 185°C for 1 hour continuously (peak of 206°C for 10 sec.)

Withstanding EXTREME OPERATING PRESSURES present in the barrel-slide locking system area, in the bolt guide area and gas port of semi-automatic rifles

Withstanding FRICTION produced by HIGH-SPEED and HIGH-PRESSURE kinematics even in the presence of firing residues, desert sand particles, and sea sand

Withstanding HIGH-FREQUENCY VIBRATIONS produced by the kinematics of semi-automatic pistols and rifles of any caliber
