The multi-section aluminum rod features 8-32 threading and a rotating T-handle, which allows the brush to follow the rifling during the stroke rather than forcing it. The 3-inch phosphor bronze brush breaks up fouling, the cotton bore mop applies solvent, and the caliber-specific bore guide keeps the rod centered, protecting the muzzle crown and chamber.
