Forster Products Standard Neck Reamers - .224

The neck reamer fits original, classic, and power trimmers. The Forster neck reamer is made of high-quality, wear-resistant tool steel, and standard neck reamers are ground 0.0025" to 0.003" above the maximum projectile diameter. The staggered tooth design cuts brass smoothly.

Thick-case necks can cause high chamber pressures and flywheels. The Forster neck cutter fits into the cutter of a Forster bolt cutter in place of the pilot and removes excess brass from the neck walls.

Standard neck reamers are intended for use after cases have been fired at full load and prior to necking or full-length sizing.

Custom neck reamers are also available, as well as wildcat sizes for reaming after the sizing operation and just before seating bullets.
