In 2011, we introduced the Race Master all-aluminum race bags, the first of their kind. Their innovative design was so different from other bags of the same model that everyone who used them became instant fans.

However, their only flaw is their high price... A $60 pouch isn't for everyone, especially when you consider you need 3 or 4 on your belt. So we decided to develop and produce a plasticized version of this same winning design, and we're proud to introduce the all-new DAA Racer Magazine Pouch, the perfect companion to the DAA Racer Holster!

The DAA Racer pouches borrow heavily from the Race Master Pouch. In fact, we took the same body design and modified it with a plastic insert, while maintaining the same adjustable, "push-from-the-back" retention system that has proven so successful. Interchangeable inserts allow you to switch from larger 2011 magazines to smaller CZ/Tan magazines. A third push-in spacer is included for Glock and M&P magazines. A single spacer is also available as an accessory.

The case is fully ambidextrous, allowing users to easily mount it for either the left or right hand. You can even mount the case 90° away from the body, just like the RM version.

The pouch's belt clip uses the same minimalist sheet steel design, eliminating the separation between the inner and outer belts. However, the belt clip has been simplified: there is no ball joint like in the RM aluminum pouch, as it could not be made of plastic in this size. However, the pouch can be adjusted for tilt in small increments, allowing every shooter to find the perfect angle for their preference. Once the correct angle is set and the central screw is tightened, the serrations on the connector block lock, preventing the pouch from rotating until the central screw is loosened a few turns.

While these bags don't offer the unique look and feel of the all-aluminum Race Master bags or the ball joint tilt base, they are sturdy and durable, and the performance you expect is very good as their bigger brother.

And at just over half the price of the Race Master bags, the Racer bag will be the perfect choice for many.
