The SodaStream refill cylinder, a natural CO2 gas cylinder for food use, is available at over 3,000 stores in Italy.

Purchase procedure:

The sale is subject to the collection of the empty cylinder by the point of sale.

Once depleted, the gas cylinder must be returned to an authorized SodaStream retailer in exchange for a new, charged and sterilized gas cylinder. A full gas cylinder is sold at the recommended refill price of €12.99 and can only be purchased by returning the empty cylinder to the retailer.

The 425g CO2 cylinder can carbonate 60 to 100 litres of water, depending on the desired level of carbonation.
